How we got here
The methodology, in one paragraph
For each platform, two editors run independent 8-hour test sessions on a paid subscription, scored against a rubric of nine criteria: persona consistency, visual fidelity, sustained-conversation quality, content boundary policy, pricing transparency, account-deletion friction, mobile parity, latency under load, and unsubscribe friction. The scores are reconciled. We sit on the piece for at least 48 hours before publication.
