What the chat is like

There are three kinds of companion. Platform Models are characters written by the Swipey team, Verified Creator Models are AI doubles of real adult creators who signed a likeness agreement and supplied their own photos and voice, and Custom AI is the one you build. Your own creation is private by default, with no public profile, though the homepage also nudges you to make her public and chase popularity.

The builder covers style (realistic or anime), body, hair, eyes, ethnicity, occupation and voice, plus one of seven personalities, each with its own spice level. You can open a story from a chosen place and scenario or run any roleplay you like. On Premium, every chat climbs 15 relationship levels, from Teasing up to Ultimate, and each step drops a reward video. A Memories feature stores key moments, and you can inspect or erase any of them.

The rest is mobile-game design, which the homepage credits to a team from that industry. Duels pit two characters against each other over five rounds while viewers send gifts to choose the winner, Live Now lets you steer a character with taps, and a feed of AI photos and clips works like a dating app crossed with TikTok.

How far it goes (NSFW rules)

Chat is uncensored for adults, and on Premium there is no cap on messages. That is the headline. The terms then list the hard stops: nothing that sexualizes anyone under 18 or anyone who looks it, no identifiable real people unless they agreed, every scene kept consensual, no taboo family themes, no bestiality and no trafficking.

Moderation has three layers, according to the terms. Blocked words are rejected on submission, the model declines or changes the subject when a request is off limits, and flagged exchanges can be passed to human compliance staff, voice calls included. Users cannot upload their own pictures at all, which rules out face swaps by design. Where local law demands it, age checks go past a tick box, using a third-party provider with liveness detection and face-based age estimation, with ID as the fallback.

Pictures, voice and video

With Premium you can generate images of your companion, and her character profile is meant to keep the same face and body in every picture. Video is the standout: write a scene and get a clip as long as a minute, in either the realistic or the anime look. A Make me move button can also animate a picture she has already sent you. The homepage says these clips are paid in hearts, and the help center adds that stretching a scene with Show More or Full Show costs hearts too.

Voice works both ways on Premium. Voice notes inside the chat are included, while live calls are charged in hearts by the minute. We found no page that says how many hearts a minute costs, so you budget blind until you are inside.

What it costs

The monthly plan is $7.99, according to the pricing page. A help article adds 3-month and yearly plans, the yearly one cheapest per month, but the public pricing page we read shows only the monthly figure. That is a low entry fee for an NSFW companion site, and it covers unlimited chat, one creator Fanclub and a monthly allowance of 200 hearts.

Hearts are the catch. They pay for calls, longer videos, live actions, creator media and tips, and top-up packages come in several sizes. Premium members also collect free hearts through a daily streak, quests, a prize wheel and referrals. Purchased hearts never time out as long as you keep the account, but deleting it wipes the balance.

The free tier needs only an email, no card. You can build a character, browse the gallery and try basic chat, but the terms cap free messaging at 'five (10) messages', a typo that leaves you guessing whether you get five or ten.

Privacy, billing and refunds

Billing is discreet: the pricing page says your statement shows a neutral merchant name instead of Swipey. Cards from Visa and Mastercard work, and so do four coins: Bitcoin, Ether, USDC and Litecoin. Cancelling is one click in account settings; you keep Premium until the period you paid for is over, and nothing you built or wrote is deleted. The operator is INVAI LTD, registered in Cyprus.

Refunds are where the documents disagree. The terms treat all sales as final, with exceptions only where consumer law forces one, and EU buyers give up the 14-day withdrawal right once they start using the service. The help center is softer and says a person reviews each request, naming accidental buys, duplicate charges and unused subscriptions as worth raising. The terms also warn that a chargeback on a valid charge can get your account suspended.

Data retention is long. Under the privacy policy, Swipey normally holds on to your personal data for six years once your account is closed. Chats are encrypted in transit and the policy says personal data is not sold, but it names analytics providers and ad networks among its data sources.
