What you can expect from us
We read every message that arrives at the editorial address. We respond to factual corrections within five business days. We do not respond to outreach that is functionally promotional, no matter how friendly the framing.
If you are a reader and you want to suggest a platform we should review, please include the platform name, the pricing tier you are subscribed to, and a sentence or two about why you think it would be informative for us to look at it. We do not promise to cover every suggestion, but we read them.
For platforms that have been reviewed
If we have published a review of your platform and you believe there is a factual error, a misattributed quote, or a misrepresentation of your pricing or terms of service, please write with the specifics. Include the URL of the piece, the paragraph or section in question, and your proposed correction with documentary support.
We do not negotiate scores. We do not amend editorial judgement on request. We do correct facts.
For affiliate operators
We do not enter into pre-publication affiliate arrangements. We do not adjust scores in exchange for affiliate-program participation. If your program is publicly accessible we will use it after publication when the editorial process has closed.
